Archai LLC (“Archai,” “we,” “us”) provides athletic performance assessments, training programs, the Archai mobile app and the Archai Console. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to archaiperformance.com, the Archai app, and the Archai Console.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as your login email, your role (athlete, parent or guardian, coach) and the links between parent, athlete and team accounts.
- Contact details you send us through forms, email or phone, such as name, email, phone number, team or organization, and your message.
- Athlete information provided by athletes, parents or guardians, or coaches, such as name, age or grade, sport, position, goals and training history.
- Assessment and training data, including movement screen results, joint-angle measurements, ability test scores, training plans, workout completion, and readiness check-ins (for example sleep, energy, soreness and stress), and pain reports.
- Photos and videos recorded during screenings or uploaded for form checks.
- Apple Health data, only if you choose to connect Apple Health in the Archai iPhone app, such as sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, steps and workouts. The app only reads this data and never writes to Apple Health.
- Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information such as device, browser and usage data collected through cookies and similar tools on our website.
How we use information
- To schedule and deliver screenings, assessments, programs, form checks and coach communication.
- To create reports for athletes, parents or guardians, and, where authorized, coaches.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send service messages, such as confirmations, reminders and account emails.
- To improve our services and keep them secure.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With the people you authorize in the Archai Console, such as a parent, guardian or coach.
- With a team or club’s coaching staff for team screenings. Team reports may identify individual results to the coaching staff; any case examples shared more widely are anonymized.
- With service providers that help us operate, such as app hosting (Replit), sign-in (Clerk), email delivery (Resend), app notifications (Expo, delivered through Apple), payments (Stripe) and an AI provider (OpenAI) that gives our staff an advisory first review of movement videos and helps draft training plans. Archai staff make the final assessment and decisions. These providers act under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law or to protect the safety of an athlete or others.
Apple Health
If you connect Apple Health in the Archai iPhone app, we read only the types of data you allow and use them to show readiness and training load in your Archai account and to the Archai staff who coach you. We do not use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that host and run Archai for us. You can stop sharing at any time in the Health app or your iPhone’s Settings, or by disconnecting Apple Health in the Archai app. Disconnecting stops new syncing; data already synced stays in your Archai record until you ask us to delete it.
Children and minors
Many athletes we work with are under 18. For athletes under 18, we ask a parent or legal guardian to provide consent before an individual assessment or program. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. A parent or guardian can review, update or ask us to delete their child’s information at any time by contacting us.
Retention
We keep information while an account or program is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and safety needs. You can ask us to delete information sooner, subject to legal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Ask to access, correct or delete your information, or a minor’s information if you are their parent or guardian. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time in the Archai app or by contacting us. See Delete your Archai account.
- Opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Control cookies through your browser settings.

Archai provides athletic performance assessments and training. We do not diagnose or treat injuries or medical conditions. For pain or injury, see a licensed healthcare provider.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with an updated date.
