This page explains how to delete your account in the Archai Performance app (Archai LLC) and the data linked to it. You don’t need the app to make a request.
Two ways to ask
- In the app: open Archai Performance and go to Profile, then Account settings, then Account deletion, and tap Request deletion.
- By email: write to danny@archaiperformance.com from the email address on your Archai account, with the subject “Delete my Archai account”. If you’re a parent, include your athlete’s name.
For an athlete under 18, a parent or guardian makes the request.
What we delete
Your account and profile, assessments and scores, training plans and workout history, readiness check-ins and pain reports, uploaded videos, messages, and any Apple Health data synced to Archai. Deleting your account also cancels your Archai subscription.
What we may keep
Records we’re required to keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons (for example, payment records), and information needed to prevent fraud or abuse, only for as long as the law requires. Card details are held by our payment provider, Stripe, not by Archai.
How long it takes
